My neighbor's son pulls mulch in a wagon, clawing treads in the spring grass just greening.

You need less mulch or bigger tires, his father tells him. It's all about the PSI, the pounds per square inch.

I've been working all day and night for 10 years trying to put more mulch on my stack. My success is negligible on the world.

Maybe I need smaller tires.
